Returns & Exchanges Policy
We aim to provide customers with 100% satisfaction guaranteed!
We will allow returns & exchanges of any product within 7 days* (see conditions below).
Conditions for returns & exchanges (for unopened items only)
- Canada Only. Unfortunately, no return or exchange will be allowed for other countries.
- Fill the contact form or email info@kikacurls.com to request a return or exchange.
- Include a detailed description (may include pictures or video) to describe the reason for return or exchange.
- After we have approved the request, you will be emailed instructions on how to return the product.
*Note: Please make sure we have confirmed the approval of your request before sending the merchandise back to us. If for any reason the request is denied, please do not send the merchandise to us. We cannot accept it, and you will be solely responsible for any charges and/or fees.
- Please make sure to notify us after you have sent the merchandise back. This way we can follow up accordingly and make sure your merchandise won’t get lost in the mail.
*Note: It is recommended that all returns be shipped back in corrugated boxes to prevent damages to the packaging or product during transit.
*Note: The customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned merchandise to www.kikacurls.com. We recommend that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to us, or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking or (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipment.
*Note: The original shipping fees will not be refunded unless the fault was our own.
*Note: Doesn’t include sale items, opened items, items sold in person or sold at events.
*All pre-ordered items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
